Husky, 10 years 10 months old, Male
Findings:
Abdominal Mass, non-painful on palpation. Suspect renal mass.
Conclusion:
Splenic Mass, Left kidney mass (necrotic and expansile), Right kidney lesions (cortical and subcapsular), left testicular lesion , renal lymphadenopathy.
Recommendations:
3 view thoracic radiographic study or thoracic CT for a full metastatic lung disease check. Ultrasound guided biopsy of the right caudal pole lesion may yield the best cytological sample for a definitive diagnosis.
